Here's why this work matters to me:
I believe that often times, we already know what we want, and what kind of change we need in our lives. But somehow, that self-knowledge is buried beneath layers of fear and who-knows-what-else, and we are lacking a sense of clarity. I think that’s the biggest “problem”. What people really need is clarity. We don’t need more advice. We need simplicity, and we need to focus inward. We need space to shut out all the noise and get back to our own inner voice. Coaching is powerful because it provides that space - as one of my clients described, “a safe space of trust and permission to be weird, quirky and loving.” Amen to that.
Coaching matters to me because I want to live in a world where people actually believe that they can live the life that they want to live, and feel empowered to make intentional decisions that fulfill them.
You already have all the answers. I'm just here to remind you of that and lead you back to it when you are astray.
